Guiding the mission of ABAA
The Executive Committee of the Assumption Butterworth Alumni Association (ABAA) is entrusted with guiding the Association’s activities, safeguarding its legacy, and advancing its mission for the benefit of alumni and the wider community.
Committee members serve on a voluntary basis, contributing their time, experience, and dedication to strengthen the Assumption network across generations.
Dr Anthony Ng
Provides overall leadership, direction, and representation for the Association.
Vernon Fernandez
Supports the Chairperson and assists in coordinating key initiatives and activities.
Aminuddin Baqy
Responsible for administration, official records, correspondence, and coordination.
David Veanu
Oversees financial matters, accountability, and the responsible management of funds.
Serving the alumni community
Additional committee members support the planning and implementation of alumni activities, community programmes, heritage efforts, communication, and member engagement.
